The minimum rental is three nights, please e-mail for prices for periods of three to six nights.

Returnable deposit of US$600/GB£300/EU€400 required against damage.

Rental paid in advance. Long term rate does not include electricity or house keeping but does include cable and gas.

Short term rental includes electricity, cable and gas.

Maid service can be arranged locally and is paid for directly to the management at a frequency that you decide.

One month returnable deposit required.

Leaving before the agreed time, rental reverts to the standard tarrif and is taken out of the balance paid plus deposit (ie you can't book for a 'long term' then leave after two weeks. If you do, the standard rate for two weeks is charged. I've already been caught out by someone doing that, agreeing a long term let over Christmas, then moving out once they'd had the peak rate time!).

The third bedroom can be 'locked off' from the main apartment. This allows rental of a two bedroom apartment or a single en-suite bedroom. Please e-mail me for prices and availability.
